MPLC’s Directors’ & Officers’ policies provide legal liability cover for claims which arise from the conduct of the insured’s duties or their capacity as insured persons.

Typically this covers directors and officers and also managers and supervisors in the case of employment practice claims. Policies also provide cover for the reimbursement of the company where it has funded the costs, expenses and indemnity of the claim against the individual.

Limits of Indemnity:
We are able to arrange cover up to a maximum:

  • Any one Claim: £10M
  • Annual Aggregate: £20M

Territories:

MPLC does not provide insurance for businesses domiciled in the United States of America (USA). However, policies can provide USA jurisdiction in certain circumstances.
